*Our employees strive to make sure each shoe gives you a perfect fit. In fact, if we don’t think a shoe works for you, we say it. However, if you need to return shoes after the sale, please observe these guidelines:

*You have 12 days to return your shoes after purchase to exchange for a new pair.
*Either send us an email or contact us so that we can arrange for a reverse pickup.
*All returns must be in new, unworn condition. We will refuse worn shoes, unless they are defective.
*Please save your shoe dust bags and shoe box until you determine you have a good fit, so you can return items in their original packing.
*Once the product is received & is examined thoroughly for approval, we send you a confirmation email giving you your order details & the amount u can now shop for.
*We do not provide refund of cash and it is the responsibility of the buyer to ship the product at seller's registered office if he/she wants to return the product , the seller will not pay any charge in case of product return but dont worry, your money is safe with us. You can use it the next time you purchase anything from our site.
